Some of the best ranch land is up country at 3,000 feet and higher with 60 mile an hour winds or more and temperatures that drop into the low 40's. 'We'd get up, like 2:30 in the morning, saddle the horses. It would be pouring rain and wind and cold but we loved the lifestyle.' says retired Sonny Keakealani.
